When will I get PrintDesk?
PrintDesk launches in November 2026. We will email your license key and download link on launch day, to the address you use at checkout.
Is this a subscription?
No. It's a lifetime license: one payment for the Windows desktop app, and you can use it forever. Online subscription plans are also coming for people who prefer them.
Are updates included?
Yes. Like most one-time purchase apps, licenses normally include one year of free updates. As a thank-you for pre-ordering, Founder's licenses get two years of free updates from the day they are delivered. After that, your version keeps working for as long as you like, and major version upgrades are offered at a discount to existing license owners.
Will more features be added?
Yes. PrintDesk launches with everything listed above, and even more features are coming soon after launch. They are included free during your free update period.
What if I change my mind?
You can get a full refund any time before your license is delivered. Email sales@jawa3d.com with your order number.
Does it run on Mac?
The lifetime license is for the Windows desktop app. Sign up for updates to hear about the online plans.
