This policy explains what information JAWA3D collects when you visit jawa3d.com, create an account, place an order or contact us, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Account and order details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, order history and any notes or files you send with a quote.
- Payment details: card and wallet payments are handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send through our contact and quote forms or by email.
- Newsletter: your email address if you sign up for updates.
- Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and similar data collected with cookies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your orders and send order emails.
- To prepare quotes and complete custom work.
- To manage your account, saved addresses and store credit.
- To answer questions and provide support.
- To send newsletters and offers if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the store:
- Payment processors such as WooPayments (powered by Stripe), PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm, to take payments.
- Shipping carriers such as USPS, to deliver orders and provide tracking.
- Email and site tools such as MailPoet for newsletters and order emails, and Google Analytics to understand site traffic.
- Advertising platforms such as Google, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat, if we run ads, which may use cookies to measure results.
- Authorities when required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (generally seven years). Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
- View and update your account details anytime under My Account.
- Ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@jawa3d.com.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws. We’ll honor those requests as required.
Security
Our site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections and payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
