These terms apply to purchases and services from JAWA3D (“we”, “us”), a family-owned business at 15810 NE 72nd St, Vancouver, WA 98682. By placing an order or using jawa3d.com, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- We may cancel an order if a product was listed at the wrong price or is unavailable, and we’ll refund any payment in full.
- Discounts, coupons and store credit can’t be exchanged for cash.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, as required by Washington State and other jurisdictions.
Shipping
- We ship with USPS. Most orders ship within 5 business days; larger or custom orders can take longer.
- Free shipping applies to orders of $75 or more to Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Nevada, $150 or more to the rest of the lower 48 states, and $300 or more everywhere else, before tax and after discounts. Filament is limited to 10 spools per order; for larger quantities, request a quote and we will price shipping for you.
- Free local pickup is available at our Vancouver, WA location. Choose Local pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.
- Delivery times are estimates from the carrier. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we’ll help with claims but aren’t responsible for carrier delays.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees charged by their country.
Custom work
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- You confirm that you own or have the right to use any files, drawings, designs, logos or parts you send us, and that printing, scanning or reproducing them does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- We can decline any job, including items that are illegal, unsafe or that we believe infringe someone’s intellectual property.
- 3D printed parts have normal manufacturing tolerances. If you need specific tolerances, materials or certifications, include them in your request so they can be part of the quote.
- Rush and deadline requests are accepted on a best-effort basis; we’ll do everything we can to meet them and will tell you right away if we can’t.
- Designs and files we create for you belong to you once the job is paid in full, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at sales@jawa3d.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Product use
Filament and printed parts should be used as intended and according to the manufacturer’s guidance. Unless agreed in writing, our products are not intended for medical, food-contact, safety-critical or load-bearing uses.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or downtime.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
